All of our meats are slow smoked for hours using a combination of woods until they are moist, flavorful, and butter soft. Due to this, we sometimes run out of stuff
so get here early!!! Each one of our sides and sauces are scratch-made in house.

How to figue out what your requirements are:

All of meats and sides are sold by the pound. The average adult will consume approximately 1 lb of food in a sitting (8oz of meat 8oz total of sides).

    Had lunch at Meat on Friday July 6th. Your food is great. Loved the brisket (could be a tad rarer), pulled pork and the Texas hot links. The mac and cheese was fabulous. Beans and slaw were both good. Only one real complaint. The plastic utensils don’t work. Too flimsy for the brisket and the hot links. Suggest real knives and forks. Will absolutely come again and will talk up your food to friends and family. Of course the downside of doing that is that it will be even harder to get a table. You’re off to a great start!! Congrats!!
